reviews: dry shampoo

there are plenty of dry shampoos on the market but I've never really found one that worked super well for me. My hair gets oily after a day and usually dry shampoos make it feel heavier and oilier. I still have a few on my list that I want to try (like living proof's dry shampoo which a friend recommended) but for now I wanted to review these few that I've tested the past 2-3 months.
Marc Anthony Clear Dry Shampoo
- not a big fan of this one. I dont know how else to describe the scent except it smells like the sprays janitors use to make public washrooms smell better but it doesnt smell better LOL
- doesnt leave a white cast on the hair or make it feel heavy but I just can't get over the scent
Batiste Instant Hair Refresh - blush
- combination of freesia, tuberose, and peony
- different package sizings make it convenient for travel or to carry around in your purse
- vegan, sulfate free
- I love the scent of this one and I like that its lightweight on my hair
- available on amazon here
Batiste Instant Hair Refresh - tropical
- combination of coconut, jasmine and vanilla
- vegan, sulfate free
- I am not a big fan of this scent but if you like coconut, you'll like it. I don't really smell the jasmine or vanilla
- available on amazon here
Aveeno Pure Renewal Dry Shampoo
- i think this product is discontinued now but it was my favourite of the bunch so thats pretty disappointing lol
- sulfate free, seaweed extract
- has the nicest scent and feels lightweight on my hair. it was inexpensive too at about $7 a bottle

what are your favourite dry shampoos? lemme know! x
