Review: VIIcode O2M Oxygen Sleep Eye Mask

Wednesday, February 03, 2016

All work + no sleep has been the story of my life lately. Luckily on those early mornings, I've got my VIIcode Oxygen Sleep Eye Masks to make sure my skincare game is still on point. They make my overall appearance more fresh faced, with the appearance of being well-rested which is the second best option if I really can't get any actual sleep in.
The box comes with 6 eye sheets (one time use) that have been coated in gel ahead of time. The product claims to help reduce wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness. The company advises you leave it on for up to 8 hours, preferably during the time you sleep. I move around alot when I sleep so I didn't bother, I just left it on while I had quick naps and/or ran errands in the house since they stay on pretty well. I am not a fan of the packaging of the outside box to be honest - the eye and wrinkles photo is not appealing at all, but the individually packaged sheets look much nicer - clean and white and simple. I can't say these worked for my dark circles, and I don't have wrinkles yet so I'm not sure if it reduces them, but it helps me look less bloated in the morning and definitely reduces puffiness. The gel of course also gives my eyes some much needed moisture which makes them look more alive, and allows my makeup (concealer) to go on much smoother.
