Hi! I was in Houston over Thanksgiving/Black Friday weekend which meant a ton of eating followed by an equally large amount of shopping (I'll add some photos in a following post) - I'm lucky my boyfriend is a very patient person =). We didn't bother going overnight or early morning to check out any sales (but we did catch up on sleep!). Nonetheless, I wasn't surprised that the malls were in chaos all day and night when we finally did arrive. We also got to watch the Houston Rockets vs NY Knicks which was pretty awesome. I've only ever been to one NBA game and that was in Toronto but I remember loving the atmosphere (same with watching NHL games) and finally seeing Jeremy Lin play live was interesting after all the hype and media attention that's surrounded him over this past year lol. I also bought my first pair of Louboutins which will be arriving by Christmas so I will have photos of that up once they arrive ^___^. I gave up hoping to find a pair in Canada since our selection of Louboutins is plain sad and lacking lol. Anyways, hope you're having a good Tuesday night ciao!!
Hello! Just a random post I put together when I was bored. Essentials in my bag are -
- Body by Victoria Secret Lotion
- Blistex (this is a must, must, must. I'd be more upset to forget lip balm than make-up)
- Revlon lip butter in "Candy Apple" (best lipstick I've ever used if anyone is looking for one)
- Listerine pocketpaks
- Gucci glasses
- iPhone 4S
- work keys & car keys
- pink heart-shaped pocket mirror
- LV Monogram Canvas Zippy wallet
What are your bag essentials?
*And here's one of the random foodie posts that I like to throw in once in a while in my blog lol. I traded in my usual big breakfasts (waffles and pancakes doused in syrup and/or nutella on bread and fruits) for something lighter this early Monday morning. When it's just way too early in the morning, who really has an appetite?? I started incorporating more chia seeds (tons of omega 3!!), flax seeds & sunflower seeds into my diet; my most recent addition in "healthy eating attempts" :P Since chia & flax seeds have a not-so-great taste (imo), I throw them into yogurt, oatmeal or salads to make it a more tolerable. Or, you may find it easier to just opt for multigrain breads in lieu of white bread. Check these out the next time you're in a grocery store. Until next time :) Happy Monday
