*And here's one of the random foodie posts that I like to throw in once in a while in my blog lol. I traded in my usual big breakfasts (waffles and pancakes doused in syrup and/or nutella on bread and fruits) for something lighter this early Monday morning. When it's just way too early in the morning, who really has an appetite?? I started incorporating more chia seeds (tons of omega 3!!), flax seeds & sunflower seeds into my diet; my most recent addition in "healthy eating attempts" :P Since chia & flax seeds have a not-so-great taste (imo), I throw them into yogurt, oatmeal or salads to make it a more tolerable. Or, you may find it easier to just opt for multigrain breads in lieu of white bread. Check these out the next time you're in a grocery store. Until next time :) Happy Monday
